The limitations of liability set out in this article shall not have the effect of excluding a liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Relationships between users and partners

Where SGO SAS facilitates a connection between several economic operators, each party remains responsible for verifying the information, authorizations, licenses, insurance, commercial terms and capacities of its counterparty. Unless a specific contractual commitment exists, SGO SAS is not a party to all contracts concluded between users and providers referenced on its platforms.

Disputes relating to a service provided by a partner should primarily be handled in accordance with the contract concluded between the parties concerned.

24. Account suspension or deletion

SGO SAS may suspend or delete an account, within the limits provided by applicable regulations, notably in the event of: violation of these Terms, fraud, abusive use, security breach, provision of manifestly false information, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.
